£37.00 (no VAT),The executive village is based on the principle that with the support and input of fellow business owners and leaders in a confidential dinner setting, we can discuss and find solutions to the key if onlys… that affect both the day to day, medium and long term challenges of running our businesses. Guests each raise a challenge/issue/question related to their business and then with the support of two experienced facilitators, their colleagues draw on their expertise and experience to investigate, discuss and propose solutions. Solutions that will help them deliver sustainable exceptional performance from their employees, from the teams they work in and from the organisation as a whole.
What will it offer?
You will not be listening to experts telling you what you should do. You will not be committing to a high priced ‘executive experience’ that locks you in for a long period. You are being offered a regular, high value, pay as you go opportunity to raise your if only … (a challenge/issue/question based on your own business) and to then benefit from the assembled experience and expertise around the table - providing you with access to a non executive board that you could never afford!
In the confidential environment of an informal private dining room - whilst enjoying a three-course dinner with wine - you can seek and receive practical advice from your peers that is focused on your business helping you to deal with your if only …
I know I am not the only one who came away with some really valuable things and I am certainly not the only one to be making some immediate - sometimes simple – but definitely result-changing amendments to my working practises!
Business isn't that tough when you have a dozen intelligent individuals, experts in their chosen field, creating a mastermind alliance, with a desire to share knowledge and wisdom. Good company, good food and a very enjoyable evening.
Format
Each dinner will commence with thirty minutes of open networking and introductions before dinner is served at 19.00 hrs.
Over dinner, villagers will take it in turn to pose their if only … to the assembled villagers. Working around the table in turn, each villager will have the opportunity to ask one insightful question. Once each villager has asked a question and it has been answered there will be a short pause for deliberation. Based on what they now know and using their individual knowledge and experience, each villager will offer their advice/guidance. Finally, the villager that posed the if only … will have the opportunity to respond to what they have heard.
The dinner will end no later than 22.00 hrs.
A great opportunity to spend a relaxed and enjoyable evening with fellow business owners; discussing the problems we all experience and gleaning guidance from a wide spectrum of knowledge in the group. Running your own business now does not have to be a lonely experience anymore.
